Back in October of 2020 we made the decision to relocate to Northern NV from Southern CA. I came across Chase International through a Google search and emailed them for more information in regards to the market in the Reno/Sparks area. Shortly after my initial inquiry, Linda responded to me. Over the next several months, she would follow up with me, ask how the selling process was going in LA, offered any help/references she could, and offered to do video walk throughs with me to see houses in Reno/Sparks. Throughout the entire process, Linda has been our rock in this crazy market. She has been thorough, patient, kind, and accommodating. Chauncey responded to my online request in an hour and agreed to help me put in a backup offer on a house that I really wanted, knowing he can’t promise me anything but was willing to do what he could. He reached out to the listing agent and confirmed that that backup offers are welcome and we got to work. A week later, Chauncey informed me that the seller was interested. Chauncey’s negotiation skills helped me get my offer approved even though it was $20,000 less than the original buyer’s offer. Three weeks after my offer was approved, we closed on the house.
