Justin first set up parameters so we could see what houses were available in our price range where we wanted to reside.. he then followed up by showing us the 5 houses that we liked.. since we lived in Ca and bought in NV, he handled all inspections for us, and had some necessary repairs made and helped negotiate how much we should receive for fixups.. in the end he worked with our selling title co to have money wired to our buying title co saving many trips to manually handle the payments..
