As our Transaction Manager, she works behind the scenes to help ensure a smooth transaction, coordinating with escrow officers, inspectors, appraisers, agents and most importantly our clients. As a licensed Realtor, Melody is well-versed in the entire escrow process and can see the transaction from both perspectives (buyer and seller), enabling her to anticipate what needs to be done to help make the transition successful for everyone.
